Session Info

What you’re leaving on table: member growth, retention and relation.

The gym is more than a place to work out, it’s a community that is made up of people who want to improve their lives. While every member has this in common, none of them are there for the same reasons, everyone is different.

What makes a person want to start, engage and continue with you is how safe and supported their biology is. One client wants data and information on wearables, one person wants a hug, one individual wants community days where you all get to catch up, others just want to be left alone to work out by themselves. All of these preference are built into an individuals biology and understanding the principles that drive this allow you to tap into new markets, better position your services, provide the right programs AND ensure that your gym makes them feel safe in who they are! This session will unpack it all with leading science from precision health, and gives you clear pathways on how you are going to make the most of it for your best year yet.
