He is the author of 20 published books, several of which have been best-sellers across the world in multiple languages, including Shut the Duck Up, Habit Busting, Fear Busting, Life DIY, Sort Your Life Out, and his most recent publication, Inspirators – Leading The Way In Leadership.

He is the host of the popular podcast “Mi365 Podcast. This has been going for over 9 years and approaching 600 episodes.

Pete has coached, mentored, and worked with many leaders in business including Alistair McAuley – Managing Director, AksoNobel, Delphine Rive – Managing Director, Accenture UK, Glyn House – Managing Director, Caffè Nero, Neal Stephens – Managing Director, Willmott Dixon South.

He had his own show on TV called The Coach and was the resident Life Coach on ITV’s GMTV for 12 years. Pete has coached numerous world-class sporting stars and teams to reach their peak performance, including Sally Gunnell, Ellen MacArthur, Roger Black, the Kent Cricket Team, and the Arsenal Football team. Pete also undertook a one-on-one program with World Snooker Champion Ronnie O’Sullivan, helping him to win his second World title in 2004.
