Rich Ellis
Rich's Profile
Rich Ellis is a health, movement and mindset coach with 17 years in the industry and 13 years of business experience prior to that. Rich is originally from the UK but calls himself a kiwi now! His formal upbringing and education has since been softened from living in NZ for the past 24 years. Rich works with broken bodies and corporates sharing his wisdom to help people to live a healthier happier life and has been working with Dave Liow for the past 8 years as a student and as a mentor in the HMC education team for the last 5.

Richard Beddie
Richard's Profile
Richard Beddie is the CEO of Exercise New Zealand, a board member of Toi Mai Workplace Development Council and previously a multi-club owner. Richard has extensive governance experience in global exercise and recreation bodies, and he is currently vice chair of IHRSA’s Global Health & Fitness Alliance Advisory Council. Richard earned both a B.S. in statistics and an MBA from the University of Canterbury, specialising in the exercise industry.
