The session aims to equip exercise professionals with strategies to effectively support and motivate aging clients in their exercise journey.

Carol & Trudi have a combined 60 years in the fitness industry, teaching older adults fitness classes. Both have Cert III/IV in Fitness, and in Training & Assessment.
