* Unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms, all card and joining fees are included.
* Memberships are for a single person and are not transferable.
* Limit one purchase per person (ever).
* Refunds are not offered for change of mind, or if the voucher is not redeemed within its validity period—60 days from the date of purchase.
* The name on the certificate must match the person redeeming it.
* In the case of clubs with multiple branches, the membership is for use ONLY at the branch listed unless the Special Conditions specify otherwise.
* Once sold a certificate will be emailed to the purchaser to exchange for a membership at the facility. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange this. The membership is between the facility and the purchaser. The Exercise Association of NZ takes no part in provision of the membership services.
* Participating facilities reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application.
* Those who have worked in the industry, in an exercise prescription role, in the past 5 years are not eligible to take part in this offer.
* This transaction is not subject to GST.
