* Valid for NEW members only (i.e. not valid for existing users of any health & fitness centre of those that have been a member of any club in the last 12 months). If you purchase a certificate and are an existing member of a health & fitness centre then the membership would be unable to be used.
* By purchasing, I agree to undertake all of the clubs standard induction processes.
* Unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms below, all card and joining fees are included, memberships are for a single person and are not transferable.
* Limit one purchase per person.
* Memberships are not transferable or refundable (including if the voucher is unredeemed or expires). The name on the certificate must match the person redeeming it, unless noted otherwise in the Special Terms in the case of clubs with multiple branches, memberships is for use at the branch listed ONLY)
* Membership must be started within 60 days of purchase.
* Once sold a certificate will be emailed to the purchaser to exchange for a membership at the facility. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange this. The membership is between the facility and the purchaser. The Exercise Association of NZ takes no part in provision of the membership services.
* The participating centres reserve the right to accept, or not, any certificate (if a certificate is rejected, then you may be entitled to a refund.)
* Those who have worked in the industry, in an exercise prescription role, in the past 5 years are not eligible to take part in this offer.
* I understand that clubs may require a Covid Vaccine Certificate / pass to use their services. By purchasing a membership I agree to present a CVC/Pass where required, and understand refunds are not offered for change of mind.
